Adeleke Emoruwa

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Prince Adeleke Emoruwa is a multitalented professional with a solid background and a postgraduate degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (PGD, MEng). He also holds other postgraduate degrees in Information Technology (MTech) and Business Administration (MBA -Financial Management).

His professional career spans across various professional fields some of which are Broadcasting (Radio & Television), Manufacturing, Instrumentation Engineering, Seismic data acquisition and processing, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics Management, Facilities Management and Supply Chain Management (Contracts & Procurement).
While the early years of his career was in Manufacturing and Broadcasting, he was in the Oil and Gas sector (both upstream and midstream) for more than thirty years.

He is a public/motivational speaker, coach, mentor, and a human capacity builder. A seasoned property developer, real estate manager and Business/Engineering consultant.
He has held many leadership positions in many organizations the most recent being the Senior Vice President at Arravo Global Services Limited and Executive Director, BCX Nigeria.

He has been on the board of several organizations providing strategic leadership and steering to achieve greater success. Some of these are:

Ayodele Afeniforo

Executive Director

Ayodele Afeniforo is an experienced sales strategist with a proven ability to develop business opportunities, drive sales and exceed revenue targets.

With a broad network of business contacts across multiple business verticals in Nigeria and other West African countries, he has excellent channel development and managerial abilities.

Before joining EMOCOM, Ayodele was the Vice President – Sales at ARRAVO Global Service Limited where he led several corporate initiatives such as opening their Port Harcourt regional office, develop their Oil and Gas business and was instrumental to the company becoming a major player in storage and datacenter solutions in the sector.

Prior to joining ARRAVO, Ayodele was the General Manager (Sales & Marketing) at Arit of Africa, Assistant General Manager in Task Systems Limited covering the South-South and Eastern region of Zinox Group business in Nigeria.

Ayodele is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti with Upper Credit in Geological Engineering, PGD from Cambridge International (CIQ)- UK. He also has an EMBA in Business Analytics from Eaton Business School and he is certified Manager from Chartered Management Institute in United Kingdom.

Oare Iyore

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Oare Iyore is a graduate of the University of Lagos and a professional member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

She is a very diligent and value driven professional with over ten years professional experience.

She has worked as Tax Consultant, Treasurer, and Asset Management Accountant. She is a Governance, Risk and Control (GRC) Management expert.
Oare is a finance professional and an advocate of Corporate Governance structure.

She is known as a process driven professional, fostering productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve corporate goals, streamlining operations, and controlling costs to deliver substantial revenue growth in a highly competitive business market.

Until joining the team, she was the Chief Financial Officer at ARRAVO Global Services, a company that emerged from formal BCX Nigeria Limited.

Adedotun Ahmed

Executive Director

Adedotun Ahmed: Dotun has acquired experience in the formal and informal sectors. She started her career with Computer Solutions where she acquired experience in the deployment of solutions through Information Technology. She later joined Industrial & General Insurance Group in 1996 where she worked for 18 years in the Life and later the Pensions department.
With the promulgation of the Pension Reform Act, Dotun was one of the few officers seconded to IGI Pensions Funds Administrator where she was responsible for managing the pension scheme of several parastatals across the country, a role that sharpen her relationship management and conflict resolutions skills.

She left formal employment in 2014 to start private business, with interests in Real Estate and Merchandising.

Aderonke Emoruwa

Executive Director

Aderonke Emoruwa is an Administrator with over twenty-seven years of experience out of which about twenty-five years was in Mobil Producing Nigeria.
With background in Public Administration, her professional career covers various areas such as Facility Management, Customer Service relations, Documentation and Asset Maintenance among others.

She holds Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management.
She is on the board of Four-Crowns Nigeria Limited.

Olayinka Caroline Ogbonmide

Non-Executive Director

Yinka is the Chief Operating Officer of Makon Engineering & Technical Services Limited, an indigenous EPICOM company in Oil and gas upstream sector. A founding partner of Carola Associates a Financial services and venture capital consulting form. She is also the founder of a fast-growing Laundry and dry-cleaning company, Briller Cleaners Limited.

She is a graduate of Economics from University of Ilorin. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) An Associate of Chartered Institute of Pension Administration Nigeria, she has Diploma in Computer studies from Sri-Lanka, Colombo. She has over 32 years post graduate experience most of which is at senior management level in corporate organizations, banking sector, public sector, and private sector of the Nigerian economy.

It is to her credit that she has worked at senior management level in organizations like, First Bank PLC, Fidelity Bank PLC, FSB International Bank PLC, and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) World Bank, Olusola Adekanola & Co. Ltd., among others.
Olayinka is very enterprising, she has pioneered many laudable effort and project some of which are One-stop Shop customer service Centre in FSB International Bank Plc, now Fidelity Bank Limited, she was a faculty member of Fidelity Training Academy, Micah Ndackson & Co. Student PYE among other lecturing/Capacity building assignments.

She is a Certified Customer service expert and a life coach. She is a Nigerian and married with children.

Adekunle Ahmed

Non-Executive Director

Kunle’s professional career spans over thirty years, with experience in Sales, Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Administration. He is a graduate of both the University of Ilorin and University of Lagos and graduated with distinction from the West African Insurance Institute Banjul, The Gambia.

He worked briefly in the Finance industry as a Treasury Officer before joining Industrial and General Insurance Co. Limited in 1994, where he worked for a decade and acquired experience in the Oil and Energy insurance business before joining AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. (then Heritage Assurance) as a pioneer staff in February 2004.

Over the last 17 years, Kunle has served the company in various capacities. He resumed as the Head of the Energy Team before been posted to Port Harcourt to start the company’s Port Harcourt operations and rose to become the Head of Regional Offices Group. He was posted back to Lagos in 2008 as the Head of Energy Group. Kunle was appointed Divisional Director, Institutional Business Division in 2011 and was invited to the board as an Executive Director in 2012. In 2017, Kunle was appointed Chief Executive Officer.

He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, England (CII) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). Kunle is also an alumnus of both IMD Switzerland and the Lagos Business School.
