Adeleke Emoruwa
Prince Adeleke Emoruwa is a seasoned, multi-talented professional with postgraduate degrees in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, and Business Administration. With a career spanning over three decadesโprimarily in the Oil and Gas sectorโhe has also worked across Broadcasting, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Logistics, Facilities, and Supply Chain Management. He is a public speaker, coach, mentor, property developer, and business/engineering consultant, having held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President at Arravo Global Services and Executive Director at BCX Nigeria. Prince Adeleke has served on the boards of numerous organizations in sectors ranging from transport, real estate, finance, and technology to capital markets and faith-based institutions. He is also the MD/CEO of EMOCOM Technologies and Consulting Limited and actively contributes to various professional bodies.
Olayinka Ogbonmide
Yinka is the Chief Operating Officer of Makon Engineering & Technical Services Limited and a founding partner of Carola Associates, a financial services and venture capital consultancy. She is also the founder of Briller Cleaners Limited, a fast-growing laundry and dry-cleaning business. A graduate of Economics from the University of Ilorin, Yinka is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Pension Administrators of Nigeria, with a diploma in Computer Studies from Colombo, Sri Lanka. She has over 32 years of senior management experience across banking, corporate, public, and private sectors, having held key roles at First Bank PLC, Fidelity Bank PLC, FSB International Bank, IBRD (World Bank), and others. Yinka is recognized for pioneering initiatives such as the One-Stop Shop Customer Service Centre at FSB International Bank and for her contributions to capacity building as a faculty member and trainer. She is a certified customer service expert, life coach, and a Nigerian, married with children.
Kunle Ahmed
Kunle is a seasoned insurance executive with over 30 years of experience spanning Sales, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, and Administration. He holds degrees from the University of Ilorin, University of Lagos, and graduated with distinction from the West African Insurance Institute in The Gambia. He began his career in finance as a Treasury Officer before joining Industrial and General Insurance Co. Ltd in 1994, gaining expertise in Oil and Energy insurance. In 2004, he became a pioneer staff at AXA Mansard Insurance (then Heritage Assurance), serving in roles such as Head of Energy, Head of Regional Offices, Divisional Director for Institutional Business, and Executive Director. In 2017, he was appointed CEO. Kunle is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and an alumnus of IMD Switzerland and Lagos Business School. He is active in industry leadership, serving on the Governing Council of the Nigerian Insurers Association, the Academic Board of the West African Insurance Institute, and the Board of Directors of the French-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce.
Aderonke Emoruwa
Aderonke Emoruwa is an Administrator with over twenty-seven years of experience out of which about twenty-five years was in Mobil Producing Nigeria. With background in Public Administration, her professional career covers various areas such as Facility Management, Customer Service relations, Documentation and Asset Maintenance among others. She holds Masterโs degree in Business Administration with specialization in Management. She is on the board of Four-Crowns Nigeria Limited.
Mrs. Adedotun Ahmed
Adedotun Ahmed: Dotun has acquired experience in the formal and informal sectors. She started her career with Computer Solutions where she acquired experience in the deployment of solutions through Information Technology. She later joined Industrial & General Insurance Group in 1996 where she worked for 18 years in the Life and later the Pensions department. With the promulgation of the Pension Reform Act, Dotun was one of the few officers seconded to IGI Pensions Funds Administrator where she was responsible for managing the pension scheme of several parastatals across the country, a role that sharpen her relationship management and conflict resolutions skills. She left formal employment in 2014 to start private business, with interests in Real Estate and Merchandising.
